Dec 2015 Till today with Ginni Filament Limited – A Jaipuria Group as Group Vice President Corporate (HR) reporting to CMD.
  • It is a public Limited Company with legacy of 100 years Listed in BSE and NSE . There are two verticles : Textile and Technical Textiles with annual turnover of over 1100 Cr.

July 2013 –Dec 2015 with JK Tyres & Industries Limited as Head –HR at Plant having 3000 workforce with Matrix Reporting System. It is one of the oldest mother plant out of 10 Plants having strong union of INTUC,CITU and BMS having turnover of 10,000 Cr .
Achievements:
  • A cat call strike was called off unconditaionally in a span of one week time
  • I was Instrumental in signing 3 years long term wage settlement with INTUC. Negotiated with strong trade unions and shut down non profitable business /Non viable businesses.
  • Received Chairman PMA ( People Management Award ) for Plant.
  • Successful in Impementing Krishna Arjuna ( Buddy ) Scheme
  • Managed township of 1100 acres having labour coloney , staff ,officers quarters and got evacuated 52 unauthorized flats .
  • Received 46 Gold Category Award and 10 Silver Award from QCFI Chapter at Rajesthan.
  • Recipient of Productivity Award from Marget Alva – Governer of Rajesthan .
